ZenaFactions - Discord

Hi everyone!

This is the discord extension to the ZenaFactions plugin!

This extension is only compatible with ZenaFactions v0.1.16.1 or higher!

Launch features:

- added discord bot
- user can link bot to zenafactions using discord token
- bot automatically creates text channels (in a separate category) for different factions
- added messages for the following events:

    o changing faction name
    o changing faction colour
    o player joining faction
    o player leaving faction
    o creating loan
    o changing player rank
    o creating rank
    o creating warp
    o declaring war / war being declared
    o player joining server
    o player creating new faction
