This plugin has a problem with Citizens in which the decks for them are re-generated on server restart. This is because Citizens reads from its own save data and re-creates the entities on start up. Since they are considered new entities, their old decks are unused and left in the savedata. Thanks to the deck cleaner, however, the old and unused decks will be wiped on startup.

Effect monsters not thoroughly tested.

Uses the deprecated getPlayer by name function, so nicknaming your account will cause you to lose your deck, starchips, and other plugin related data.
