YourBans - Centralized Ban Service

YourBans is a ban service similar to various other centralized ban services, however it is focused on organizational structure.

What YourBans Is

A ban service for server owners who host multiple servers, and want to be able to structure their servers such that bans are automatically applied to all or some of the hosts Minecraft servers.

What YourBans Is Not

YourBans is not a global banning service for all Minecraft servers who wish to utilized a global ban list, such as MCBans. YourBans to does not aim to replace MCBans. Furthermore, all bans made through YourBans are private, and are not released publicly for everyone to view.

What YourBans Aims To Solve

YourBans aims to solve issues with banning players 'network wide'. For example, if you host 5 minecraft servers, you may wish to structure them as follows:

  survival:

    - survival2
  hardcore:
    - hardcore1

This structure allows you to ban players on all servers (by issuing the ban to the 'root'), players on all creative, or survival, or hardcore (by issuing the ban to the corresponding organizational unit).

Web Based Management

Although all functionality will also be available from within the plugin, YourBans will be putting an emphasis on web based management, making managing your servers ban list easy and painless.
YourBans will also provide your admins with an appeal process, moving ban appeals away from public view such as forums, and into a professional environment.

YourBans is currently in development, with a very early alpha build currently in existence.
