指令：

-/money (bal/balance) : 查看自己的餘額

-/pay <player> <money> : 給玩家錢 

管理員指令：
-/eco add <player> <amount> : 增加玩家餘額.
-/eco remove <player> <amount> : 減少玩家餘額.

-/eco set <player> <amount> : 設定玩家餘額
-/eco reset <player> : 重製玩家餘額 (預設值可以在Config.yml裡設定).

-/eco reload : 尚未完成awa
