YetAnotherGrapplingHook

This plugin will allow a user to fling themselves in their desired direction by using a grappling hook that can be obtained with /ghgive {player name}

There is only one permission for the plugin which is yetanothergrapplinghook.give

The strength of the grappling hook can be modified in the config file
