A bukkit plugin that sends out a broadcast/message to all the players on the server about a server restart. This will be broadcasted to players after the /xreload command has been executed by a player. This plugin supports colours (colors) so you can make the text fancy.
It's really easy to use, there's no need to watch a video either! :)
