/xVote startvote (name) (text) - Create a new poll
/xVote peek - Peek at results so far
/xVote endvote - End the current vote
/xVote vote (vote) - Submit a vote
Permissions:
xvote.player - Every command a normal player needs
xvote.admin - Every command an admin needs

All permissions are otherwise OP-default
