Change log:

• Slide change in the error messages when a command is used wrong.
• Implemented /xprank help that shows detailed help based on permissions.
• Tweaked output colors
• Added to improve performance by doing less database updates. This results in faster response when using commands on a server with many players online. (In theory anyways - needs testing)
• Tweaked permissions nodes(See main page for details) to better support permissionsEX and bPermissions

Testing done:

Tested plugin with both permissionsEX and bPermissions All players need permission xprank.me to execute any of the other xpRank commands. (that's just the way bukkit handles commands)
