XPModifier allows you to change the amount of XP each player gets with permissions.

Change the amount of XP people receive based on a percentage with easy-to-use permissions!

- Works with most, if not all permission plugins
- Usable with an extra-hardcore server which could halve the amount of XP people receive or even make it easier to receive XP by doubling it!
Commands and Permissions

Configuration
Modify a player's XP by giving them xpmodifier.[%] - if you want to double their XP you would set the percentage to 200, if you want to halve it you would set it to 50! You can put their modifier up to a bonus of 1000% (10x the normal rate!)
XPModify will search for the highest modifier that they have - note that if you are an op, by default you will have all permissions and so your XP will be set at 1000. Fix this by either deopping yourself and assigning permissions with a permissions plugin of your choice.
