Xp Bank

Version 0.3

• Added a limiter function to limit the number of banks a player can make. (If set to 0 allows unlimited placing of banks)
• Made it so XpBank.yml is created on load of plugin (Contains Settings *Limit* and Players *Player name and amount of banks created/owned*)
• New command /xp set limit [Limit] - Sets a limit of how many banks a player is allowed 0 = unlimited amount
• New permission for use of bypassing the bank limit
• Code brush up *Making it a bit cleaner :)*
