- gates didn't load on server start due to bukkit refusing to trigger onWorldLoad for world it loads itself => fixed
- dropped Register support in favor of Vault
- added permission XcraftGate.world.nogamemodechange to prevent gamemode changing on world change
- now saving inventories by group name instead of world name (less memory consumption)
