Xaero Map Spigot Plugin

Adds server side support for Xaero's map mods on spigot/bukkit based servers. Currently, the only server-side functionality of Xaero's World Map is selecting the correct map when joining the world which this plugin adds support for on Spigot/Bukkit based servers.
