Basic functions:

• Full configuration for all modifiable aspects
• Support for five commands as of 1.3
  • /mods - Display the list of mods for the server, found in config.yml
  • /rules - Display rules, found in config.yml
  • /mail - Interact with mail system, send mail to a user, retrieve unread mail
  • /motd - Display login message
  • /force - Force a player to execute a command

Other info:
Use of this plugin was only originally intended for my server, but I'm uploading it to DBO for critique, as this is my first successful plugin to date.
