Additions:
- Suggests Public jump names when private ones don't exist (for the "jump" and "set" commands only).
Removals:
- None.
General Changes:
- Setting/unsetting signs is done by looking at the sign now, rather than right-clicking the sign after typing the command.
- Player names are now case-insensitive.
- None.
