Economy integration, Jump replacement, and Security updates, oh my!

Additions:

• Woo! Economy integration! Charge or pay players for certain actions: add, back, del, jump, replace, set, unset, use.
  • NOTE: This means an updated config.yml. Delete your old config.yml to get the new one, or manually add the new config values from the main description page.
• Added permission "wormhole.free", which makes all actions free for any player with the permission (default: op).
• Vault is now a dependency, although not required; only for economy integration.
• Added command "/worm cost" to display the cost for all actions.
• Added command "/worm replace" (and associated permissions) to allow replacing Jump destinations so that you may move Jumps without losing all sign references.

Removals:

• None.

General Changes:

• Plugin now disables itself when faced with a severe error.
• Made code secure against SQL injection. As a result, jump names and player names containing single apostrophes (') are allowed.
• Plugin now displays usage when given the "/wormhole" command.
