WorldGuard Plant Growth adds a new flag to WorldGuard regions:
- plant-growth: Disables the growth of plants, trees, and giant mushrooms. It even prevents people from using bone meal to grow plants!

Simply use the flag as any other WorldGuard flag:
/region flag <region_ID> plant-growth deny
Permissions
- none yet. Possibly in the future: override for bone meal usage.
