WorldChat

World Chat is a simple plugin to keep chat specific to one world.

E.G. There are two people Joe is in creative, and George is in Survival, When Joe chats George cant see it because he is in a different world. When Joe goes into Survival and chats both players are in one world, meaning that George Can see Joes chat.

Features

• Keeps chat to only one world
• Give admins the WorldChat.Bypass to see and talk in all worlds.

ToDo

• Special String/Key to allow chat to go across worlds. (Configurable)
• Toggle on or off world chat for admins.
