If you want more customization, I recommend using QuickSigns instead, as you can make your own signs this way.
WIPSigns is a plugin which lets you place down signs that would usually take both multiple plugins and a lot of time to make, by just writing down a single line on the top of the sign when you place it. There are currently 4 different signs that can be made, supporting both color and other formatting options. More are planned and will come soon. The plugin will also help you keep a certain theme overall, as you do not have to remember what each sign looks like yourself.
