Fixed a permissions bug.
I also changed permissions nodes around, please check the page for "Permission Nodes and Usage" to ensure you're assigning the correct nodes.
Has a conflict with HeroChat 4.10.3.
If you manage to get the plugin to work with HeroChat of any version, please send me a PM with your RB number, WF version and HeroChat version.
