Wool Wars Splash

This is my take on a territory control plugin. It lets users join one of 16 Empires and then fight over territory and work together with shared resources. Why only 16?

Well because of WOOL.

Wool is the basis for the entire plugin. Wool blocks can be placed to capture an area for the Empire that uses that color wool. When you destroy the wool block it will uncapture that area.

A cool dynamic border function has been designed to clearly mark out the border of your empire.

Territories that aren't on the outer edge are automatically protected.

- Whilst in your territory your empire will feed you so long as it has food
- Respawning in your territory (will cost food, and if there is none you wont get full health)
- Automated resource production
  - place a sign above a furnace and everything it produces goes to the empire
  - items that fall into a hopper that feeds into a wool block of your team colour will go to your empire
  - commandblocks can be triggered to send all items around them to your empires inventory.
- Your empire will resupply you when you use up your items and your inside your territory, (Requires Reffiller plugin)
- signs that automatically update and display current empire resource levels.
