Wolf AntiCheat

I have done a lot of adjusting the numbers and sadly it's still a bit glitchy in 1.11 & 1.12. It does load up at least. 

I have worked on Jesus and it notifies sometimes. 

With never 1.12 clients vanilla fly does bypass if you have flight enabled in server properties. 

PVP and Combat still a work in progress. 

Since it's not completely compatible with 1.11 and 1.12 I will mark it at 1.11 max

Please leave suggestions for any bugs that are seen. I did the adjustments all today and still have a lot to fix.
