Fed up of players spam spawning withers and causing lag but don't want to disable them completely? This plugin allows you to set a cooldown for spawning withers. When a player spawns a wither, they can't spawn another one until their cooldown has ended.

Cooldown (in seconds) is configurable within the config, default is 300 seconds.
