Winter Slash [new minigame]

New features:

• Replaced ingame message broadcasting with ActionBar messages
• Implementing a dev feature that will autojoin players selected to test the arena (DEV ONLY TOOL)

Bug Fixes:

• Removed old naming systems
• Fixed bug where one person leaving lobby would kick everyone out
• Replaced ingame message broadcasting

• Players can get class perks from lobby without being ingame - secure your lobbies!! (Already fixed for next release)
• Crates caller doesn't get removed
• Not all players get disconnected
