This is a bug fix and compatibility update for 1.12.
-Removed compatibility for versions older then 1.7.
Use build V2.2 for 1.7- older compatibility.
- Updated for 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12.
- Fixed a bug where the plugin would throw an internal server error when trying to teleport before a point has been set.
