Ok, well I'm surprised this wasn't reported sooner. Apparently, the config wasn't generating this was due to me messing up my build script which is what I use to build the jar every time I save my code it also tell Eclipse what files to include. Well I accidently removed the line for the config I don't know how many versions this error was present so please update. As always please report all bugs and from here on out please use a pasting site like pastebin or hastebin and report them on my github. And please feel free to donate I do this purely in my free time so show some support
