Updated for and tested on craftbukkit 1.4.5

Tested to work on 1.4.5 with:

  • Vault 1.2.19
  • PermissionsEx v1.19.4
  • Economy 6.0

won't work with superperms alone. you must install a groups/permissions manager like pex. (vault takes the groups from the groupmanager)
