What it does?
This plugin runs command "whitelist off" on server start up to disable whitelist when server starts up.
Installation
Just drop the WhiteStop.jar in plugins folder
Background
It was originally made for server to fix issue where whitelist would turn on for unknown reason on every reset even if set to be false in server.properties.
