Me base en el plugin Weed, que al no recibir actualizaciones, decidí actualizar yo y armar un proyecto, actualizándolo y agregando nuevas ideas en las próximas versiones.
La configuración es: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/weed-reloaded/pages/config-yml-espanol-es-es/
Permisos:
weed.use - Permite al jugador usar el plugin // puede ser utilizado para bloquear el uso en algunos mundos

I based on the updated plugin Weed to follow as it has dropped support apparently. In addition to updating, I think in the next versions to add new ideas.
