What's new
- Add chunk overrides for owned factions
- Add chunk overrides for nearby factions
- Dynamically react to permission changes, new factions, faction land claims, joining/leaving factions, etcetera, and update player permissions as needed
- Add a custom download permission to let individual factions decide what players can download
No known bugs, but there are several cases where performance may be suboptimal due to needing to update a large number of players or needing to figure out a large number of changes.
