Adds functionality for signs mounted on walls.
Adds functionality for Sign Waypointing
Requires 1.2 Waypoints or higher. (May work on 1.1 but I doubt it.)
Make a sign reading:
Waypoint:
<destination name>
And it'll tp you there!
Permissions nodes:
waypoints.signs.create
waypoints.basic.go (and / or) waypoints.signs.go (either works)
