### New Features:
*   **Thirst Effects Customization:** Server owners can now fully customize negative potion effects (e.g., Weakness, Mining Fatigue, Blindness) applied at different low thirst thresholds. This is configurable via the `effects.custom-effects` section in `config.yml`.
*   **Dynamic Thirst Depletion based on Activity:** Thirst depletion rates now dynamically adjust based on player actions such as sprinting, jumping, swimming, mining, and fighting. These multipliers are configurable in the `water-loss.activity-multipliers` section of `config.yml`.

### Improvements & Bug Fixes:
*   **Robust Potion Effect Tracking:** The plugin now more accurately tracks and clears only the custom potion effects it applies, preventing unintended interference with other plugins or game mechanics.
*   **Cauldron Filling Logic Improved:** The cauldron filling mechanism has been updated to ensure more reliable block state updates.
*   **Improved Dehydration Message:** The dehydration warning message now displays whole numbers for heart damage, improving clarity for players.
