What's new
- Added configurable death causes.
- Banning has changed internally. It will still temp ban players, but won't do this with Essentials anymore. You don't need it anymore :)
- Stealing is now toggleable
- You can now set a ban message
- It will now tell you how much time is left before you can join again.
- Added new commands:
- /lives <player> (permission: lives.view.others)
- /lives unban <player> (permission: lives.unban)
