If a player is annoying you can do the command /warn <player> <reason> to give that Player a warning.
What's new
With this plugin you can send a player a warning with the command /warn <player> <reason> the reason comes on his computer screen for a little 20 seconds. And he had also in the same time blindeness.

- Player can send a warning to a player: warn.command
