Hello warriors!

@cmastudios has been working on all kinds of bug fixes and improvements lately, and you can check out these latest improvement on our dev builds.

Disclaimer: Development builds of this project can be acquired at the provided continuous integration server. These builds have not been approved by the BukkitDev staff. Use them at your own risk.

Until that's all ready and tested however, to keep you waiting, here's a tiny update for our Russian players who have been having trouble using War since the last update.
