END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR WantedX

1. DEFINITIONS
"Software" refers to the compiled plugin (.jar file), source code, and assets provided under this agreement.
"User" refers to any individual or entity that downloads, installs, or executes the Software.
"Server Host" refers to third-party platforms (e.g., Aternos, automated hosting services) executing the Software on behalf of a User.

2. LICENSE GRANT & PERMITTED USE
The Author grants the User and Server Hosts a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute the Software on server instances for gameplay purposes. Server Hosts may automatically fetch and run the compiled .jar file to facilitate user requests.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You strictly MAY NOT:
a) Modify, edit, alter, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.
b) Decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code.
c) Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or publicly host the file for download on any third-party websites or platforms outside of official distribution channels (Modrinth/CurseForge).

4. TERMINATION
This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY.
