Walking on water
When enabled (disabled by default) you can walk over water and it will change that block from water to ice.

This is what happens after you enable it and walk over any pool of water.
Description
Walk on water
This plugin, when enabled, makes it so any player that walks over water will have the water underneath them turned into ice, and it makes it so they can walk on the water.
Permissions: "walkonwater.toggle"
Default: Op only
This is used to say that so and so has the permission to use the command "/walkonwater" to toggle walking on water (for everyone) on or off.
Future additions:
Make it so that each individual player can have a different setting.
