Vortex Manipulator

Description

What it is

This plugin allows you to add the Doctor Who Vortex Manipulators to your server.

This currently allows you to teleport by direct line teleportation to the block you are looking at up to 100 blocks away or to throw an Ender Pearl even when you don't have one.

To craft a Vortex Manipulator, the recipe is an Eye of Ender in the top left and bottom right corners then Ender Pearls in the top right and bottom left corners, then a watch in the center with diamonds above and bellow that along with leather to the right and left of it.

To use it you can:
a) Hold it in your hand and look at a block then right click to teleport to that block directly or shift and right click and you will throw an Ender Pearl.
or
b) Type /VortexManipulator Equip without wearing a chestplate and holding a Vortex Manipulator in your hand then it will be equipped into your chest slot. From there you can left click three times in under a second with nothing in your hand and you will teleport directly to the block you are looking at within 100 blocks or shift and left click three times in under a second and you will thrown an Ender Pearl.

commands

All commands start with /VortexManipulator or /VM

• Help - Shows the help and equip commands along with explaining how to use the Vortex Manipulator
• Equip - Equips the Vortex Manipulator so you don't have to be holding it when you want to use it. This does require that you're hands are empty though

Permissions

• VortexManipulator.Equip: Allows you to equip the Vortex Manipulator
• VortexManipulator.Craft: Allows you to craft the Vortex Manipulator
• VortexManipulator.EnderPearl: Allows you to shift and use the Vortex Manipulator to throw an Ender Pearl
• VortexManipulator.Teleport: Allows you to use the Vortex Manipulator for a direct teleport
• VortexManipulator.FreeUse: Allows you to not have to use any fuel to use the Vortex Manipulator's abilities.

Config

• Name: The name that appears on the crafted Vortex Manipulator. Supports color codes with &#.
• Fuel: The id of the fuel that the Vortex Manipulator consumes when someone uses it. Default is redstone dust. Set to 0 if you don't want it used
• Consume:
  • EnderPearl: The amount of fuel that is consumed when someone uses the Ender Pearl capability of the Vortex Manipulator
  • Teleport: The amount of fuel that is consumed when someone uses the direct teleport capability of the Vortex Manipulator
