ViperXP

I was searching for a plugin that could store XP, but the problem with most
of the plugins was that every one of them required a separate sign for every player.

Since I run a prison server, it's hard for everyone to place their own sign, so I came up with
this plugin.

It stores the XP in a file so players can always access their XP via a communal sign.No need
for separate signs.

To access your XP, right clicking the sign stores the XP and left clicking the sign gives you your stored XP.

To create a ViperXP sign, simply time [ViperXP] on the first line of the sign.

Permissions:
- ViperXP.create: Allows you to create ViperXP signs.

To do list:
- Allow players to trade XP with eachother.
