V 3.3: Disabled the boss bar feature until further notice

V 3.2: Updated to 1.10 Fixed particle positioning Added the end rod and dragon breath particles

V 3.1: I have updated everything to work with 1.9 and added a new bossbar feature(toggle able in the config) I don't know if there are any new particles so I will look into that for next version

V 3.0: 10 new particles

V 2.0: Added the option "particlespeed" which controls the speed at which particles are made around the player Also compiled in an older java version so older java servers can use it
