VillagerVision

View all locked and future vanilla villager trades before leveling them up. VillagerVision is a server-side trade preview plugin, ideal for villager trading halls — no client mods, resource packs, or ProtocolLib required.

Features

• Shift + right-click an adult villager with a profession to open a read-only preview.
• Available trades are shown in green; future locked trades are shown in red with their villager level.
• The first preview plans and saves that villager's future trades, keeping the preview consistent as it levels up.
• Runs entirely server-side.

Installation

1. Download the JAR and place it in your server's plugins/ folder.
2. Restart the server.
3. Test with a new villager before using it in an established trading hall.

Usage

• Preview trades: Hold Shift and right-click an adult villager with a profession.
• Help: /villagervision or /vv
• Reload: /villagervision reload (requires villagervision.admin)

Compatibility

Tested on Purpur 26.1.2 with Java 25. No client-side installation is required.

Important beta note

When a villager is previewed for the first time, VillagerVision generates and stores its future trades in plugins/VillagerVision/trade-plans.yml. Back up your server and try the beta with a new villager first.
