VillageLore

VillageLore brings your server to life by letting you add names, descriptions, dialog, and locations to villagers in your world. Create bustling hamlets full of chatty townsfolk or place a lone sage on a mountaintop to dispense advice to travelers. Get creative and populate your world with colorful characters!

Implemented

• Give unique names to villagers
• Display a villager's name over their head

Planned

• Villagers tell you their name and description when you left click on them
• Villagers display text in chat when a player comes near them
• Villagers can roam free but will stay within a set radius of a given coordinate
• When indicated (by time) villagers will move to a set coordinate and return at a later time

Commands

Left click on a villager to select them (you must select a villager for certain commands to work).

• /villagelore name <name> - set the name of a villager. Fails if another villager already has the name you want to assign.
• /villagelore selected - tells you whether you have a villager selected (and their name if so).

Permissions

• villagelore.interact - not yet implemented
