- Fixed exploit where a nation could kick a town just before it was about to be conquered, then re-invite the town and have its points refilled.
- Added configurable cost to a players town on death (money is given to the killers town).
- Added configurable cost to end a war (from both nations).
- Added configurable cost to declare a war (from only the declarer).
- Made nations declare each other as enemies at the start of a war, and back to neutral at the end (to prevent town travel to enemy nations during a war)
- Fixed saving issues
- Completed initial development
