Changes in this update:
- Added potion swirl effect
- /trail swirl
- Permission node: VaporTrails.effect.swirl
- For whatever reason, can't seem to get colors to work just yet...
- Added potion break effects for the various colors.
- Colors are as follows: pink, aqua, gold, green red, darkred, gray, crimson, cyan, blue
- /trail potion color
- Permission node: VaporTrails.effect.potion.<color>
- Command to change the time interval, in ticks, of their current trail
- /trail time <ticks>
