Utils from Utilities is a lightweight plugin that provides a variety of options which offer more customization to your server. It supports full localization and it is very easy to configure as well.

How to install

Download the latest Utils version.
Locate your Utils.jar file.
Place the .jar file into your server's plugin folder.
Restart your server or execute command /rl.
You are good to go! Now you can edit the config at /plugins/Utils/config.yml.
