Changelog:
- added particles when hovering over water
- fixed permissions
- added a new config value, "offset", but you should play with it because I don't know how to explain it.
Developer stuff:
- realised that storing config values instead of reading them every tick is not a dumb move
- partially reorganised the code
WHY THIS IS ALPHA:
Some config values were removed and others were renamed because of an upcoming change in the configuration, which means I actually removed some minor features until I figure out how to reimplement them correctly. When the new release comes out (it's gonna be 2.0.0 if I have time to completely rewrite the code; might also make it open source) then I'm also gonna change the project's description.
Until then I hope I didn't cause any trouble to folks using this plugin :)
