- added translation of the cost-message for the following languages: English, English upside down, English shakespeare, German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Danish, Finnish, Swedish, Italian, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Japanese
- added "pling" sound if you have enough levels (and anvil shows "too expensive")
- added bass-sound if you don't have enough levels (and the anvil shows "too expensive)
- added unit-tests
- no message will be sent if you're in creative mode
