Bug fixes.
- #94 The content items of Shulker Box are gone, when that is attached to mail.
- #95 Bukkit 1.11 items cannot use as the request item of C.O.D.
- #96 Even if you set prohibitItemsToAttach items, players can put it in a Shulker Box and send it.
