A customizable zombie plugin, a la MineZ. At its heart, it makes Minecraft a more difficult (and therefore more rewarding) experience. There are five major aspects or "modules" to this plugin: the Health, Enemy, Building, Loot, and Chat modules.
Health Module
Adds two major stats: Temperature (displayed on EXP bar) and thirst (displayed as EXP level). In addition, there are many afflictions you can suffer from, including broken bones, heat stroke and frostbite, dehydration, "Common" and "Zombie" Diseases, and unconsciousness. Health also regenerates much slower.
Enemy Module
Disables default hostile mob spawning, and reduces the rate at which friendly mobs spawn. Instead, hostile mobs spawn in zones defined by the config file. The type of mob can be modified. All types that can be spawned have been changed to be more difficult. Zombies don't burn in sunlight and move faster. Pigmen are always angry and catch players on fire and Blaze fireballs explode. Wither Skeletons represent Vampires, and can turn into bats. Iron Golems are always angry and deflect arrows. The Enderdragon can be summoned by right-clicking a Dragon Egg, and has his own buffs.
Building
Specific zones (such as pre-made towns) can disable block manipulation completely. You must break blocks with the correct tool (dirt requires a shovel, stone requires a pickaxe), and only Iron or better tools will drop an item. Additionally, it takes several hits to break a block placed by another player. This discourages, but still allows griefing.
Loot
New loot items, including cures to the afflictions mentioned in the Health Module (Revival Syringes, Splints, etc.), a Flintlock Pistol, a Radio, and Grenades. Loot spawns in config-defined chests, and is randomized, based on the type (types include military, industrial, and medical). Some loot is craftable (see the Readme). Vanilla tools (pickaxes, shovels, and axes) have had their crafting recipes removed, forcing a reliance on looting.
Chat
The Radio works much the same as the Eye of Ender in MineZ. Local chat, by default, is heard 40 blocks out. If you end your message with an exclamation point! the range increases to 75 to resemble shouting. (If you surround your message with parenthesis, the range decreases to 5, to resemble whispering.)
A full list of features is available in the readme included in the download file.
Commands
Commands for Uncrafted are very simple. There are two, both under the "/uc" master command:
- /uc spawn: Enter the world. If you have never played before or died, it will randomly spawn you and give you some starting supplies. If you have already spawned and took a break, you'll be placed back where you were before.
- /uc exit: Leave the world. This will return you to the proper world spawn point (server administrators are encouraged to make this the world's "hub"). Your position and data will be saved. To return to the action, use /uc spawn again.
