What's new

Utility improvements:

Now caches chunks for faster teleportation. Allows admin to define Y ranges. Now informs user how long until their cooldown expires. Admin now able to properly set regeneration interval.

WorldGuard is the only public plugin supported. Do not enable Regeneration on any worlds you don't want to see cleaned up over a week.
