Unbreakable Blocks Plugin

Added the ability to make any block type unbreakable via /unbreakable add [material] or by looking at a block.

Persistent block ownership: track who placed each unbreakable block; data saved across reloads and restarts.

Reinforced blocks: configurable hit points before a block can be broken.

Explosion protection: TNT, Creepers, Wither blasts, and other explosions do not destroy unbreakable blocks.

Piston protection: unbreakable blocks cannot be pushed or pulled by pistons.

Feedback system: configurable particle and sound effects when a player attempts to break an unbreakable block.

Trust system: /unbreakable trust <player> and /unbreakable untrust <player> for temporary access.

Added /unbreakable check command to inspect block ownership and status.

Full command suite with granular permissions: add, remove, list, check, trust, untrust.

Admin bypass permission: unbreakable.bypass allows breaking any unbreakable block.

Placeholder Protected Regions support for future expansion.

Fully persistent configuration for unbreakable blocks, reinforced HP, feedback settings, and ownership data.
